When will my order ship?

It usually takes 2 to 7 business days for us to proceed your order, depending on the ordered items and quantity.

How long does the delivery take?

It takes 3 to 5 days for delivery by DHL and FedEx. It takes up to 14 days by Registered Airmail by Japan Post.

Do I have to pay import taxes or duties?

All international orders may be subject to import taxes or duties.  Exact import taxes and duties vary, depending on the destination country.
We are sorry but we are not able to calculate how much it will be.
Import taxes and duties are collected from you by the international carrier upon delivery.

To USA, No import tax or duties are necessary for items with a value of under $800.

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 30 days after you receive the item.  Due to
the costly nature of shipping, international returns must be shipped at
the customers' expense.

If you receive a wrong item, please contact us. We will send you a correct item and please keep the wrong item as a gift from us.

What happens if I received a wrong item?

We are so sorry if we make such a mistake.  If you get a wrong item, please contact us.  We will send you the correct item right away, or we will send you full refund if you prefer that way.

Do you offer special orders for books that are not currently in your shop?

Yes, I’d be happy to special order books that are not currently in my shop. Please message me for inquiries.
